This is where you'll grow.What You'll Do- Build and Grow Partnerships: Drive new business acquisition across the Nordics by identifying and winning over strategic partners, focusing on the unique needs of grocery franchisees and retailers.- Navigate Sales Cycles : Manage the end-to-end sales cycle-from cold calls to complex negotiations-in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and information is often imperfect.- Solve Real Problems: Move beyond transactional selling to act as a strategic consultant, designing custom proposals that solve tangible business challenges for our merchants.- Unblock Complexity: Collaborate across operations, product, and legal teams to clear roadblocks and ensure your deals actually scale once the contract is signed.- Own the Outcome: Take full accountability for your pipeline, maintaining discipline and urgency even when deals take months of persistence and trust-building.- Influence: Partner with the Account Management team to ensure seamless merchant onboarding, bridging the gap between a "closed deal" and a successful partnership.Basic Qualifications- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a commercial role.- Sales Track Record: Proficiency in managing complex sales cycles and a history of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.- Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills with a consultative approach to building B2B relationships.- Languages: Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory for this role.- Tools: Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel for data-driven decision-making.Preferred Qualifications- Domain Expertise: Previous experience in the grocery or retail sector, with a deep understanding of the Swedish and Nordic markets.- Systems Thinking: Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce to manage pipelines with precision.- Adaptability: A proven ability to define and execute large-scale projects with minimal supervision and a constructive mindset.- Stakeholder Management: Experience collaborating directly with senior managers of major businesses to align solutions with long-term goals.R
